6am Mon-Wed ‘Yoga METHOD’ *warm (60 mins)
Medium paced Vinyasa style class.
(Some experience suggested)
9am Sundays - ‘Yoga FLOW’ *room temp (90mins)
Full Spectrum Vinyasa class where we put it all together often working towards a peak pose or peak flow sequence.
